TRUCK DRIVERS DON'T SUPPORT THIS STORE! Gouging drivers for $15 parking fee. Spent $350 in fuel, $42 drinks/snacks and $20 on lunch. There were no designated pay spots open when I shutdown so I parked along entrance edge as many of us do in that situation with no signage indicating a no parking zone or pay spot. 3 hrs into rest there's a bang on the door by an employee telling me that even though that isn't one of their designated truck parking spots I would have to go in and pay $15 if I intended to stay. I explained there was no pay signage there so I was unaware. I explained that I was undressed and in sleep mode could I pay when I get up to roll and grab coffee etc. I offered to show a receipt of my purchases I had made earlier. She said I needed to come in within a half hour and pay or she would have to call the cops. I stayed here before and saw them harass and then call the police on an old timer who parked way out of the way in a spot with no signage at the time I wasn't exactly sure what was up but now I am. Definitely not a typical truck friendly Texas store or staff. The fact that they are willing to call the police and waste valuable law enforcement assets on harassing drivers for $15 with no regards to their rest or safety along with the employees obnoxious and condescending attitude tells you exactly how little they value our business. Maybe they should have opened this up in New York instead. DON'T SUPPORT ESTABLISHMENTS THAT DON'T VALUE YOUR BUSINESS OR...

Fyi i didnt bother to even go inside or stop cause better to avoid situations like that but yes Dont blame the cops the cops were pretty cool with me when i askd them questions but Dame first time here n did a quick look for parking cause of my early appointment was only gana be parkd 5 hrsI saw 4 units driveing inn to go bang on a truck drivers door I guss the owners aren't freandly to drivers parking there do too a limited amount of room but it's a good size to squeeze inn a few more but I assume he didn't pay for parking spot or what ever the case or something but he was clearly out of the way offf to the side of anyone he was asleep n not bothering no one 🙄 if there is I was able to drive threw an turn inn again to ask the officer were would be a good place I assume that maybe the owners have had bad interactions with certain ppl 😉 were not all bad truckers some of us are super truckers 🥰 just wanteing a place to rest an eat food that comes close to a taste of home sweet home a smile an freandly kindness comes a long way to make someone's day damit boii was looking forward to trying there chiken burger here but not gana purchase anything due to was I saw n how they treated...

I’m semi driver for 15 yrs I didn’t seen this type of stupid truck stop. After i get fuel just parked one lady come to me and she said leave the spot i I asked her parked for less than 10min after fueling to use restroom and some food but she said it’s payable parking and asked for money to pay. however the time was 10:25 am in the morning. Then I left. I get there just for fueling and food i may stay there for 30 min so i told to her that I’m not staying here....
