They were awesome. Appoint at 10. I called at 0750 to see if I could arrive early. She said come on in.

Straight to a door. Asked if I could leave and go to the shop while they unloaded. Had a water leak.

She said yes if I was coming back soon. I had asked how long to unload and the answer was 2-4 hours for paperwork and all. So I was like I’ll be back.

They called while I was in the shop saying it was empty actually at 1015.

I got there at 11:45 not attitude no sweat.

Can’t park there overnight but a few at little parking spaces at truck stop at corner of ramp at Lois Rd.

If the are full there’s room for a couple trucks at the stop sign turning on Lois Rd.

Loves and TA at exit 471. Loves might be full but TA pretty much always has parking because they have mostly paid for $26!

Also parking on the get on ramp leaving from those trucks tops heading north toward Walmart.

Attention Truckers: When pulling up and making delivery make sure to have your delivery #. Also if you have a heavy steel breaded seal they will provide you with heavy duty cutters so you can cut it off, they told me they don't allow them to go into the property for some reason. There is a picture of the facility map so it would be a good idea to take a cell phone pic of it.

After checking in they will give you your signed BOL's, than tell you where to drop your loaded trailer and pick up your empty. My empty was located on the northern end near the Sam's Club section. Checking out they will want to look inside your trailer to verify it's empty. Overall the customer service is good and there's plenty of room to do your backing but you get the sense that they don't run a tight ship here. For me the assigned row for me to drop my load all the spots were taken. Plus if your working for a small carrier like me than finding an empty could take awhile, I definitely recommend looking on the north end in the Sam's Club area but this is not...

There's no more overnight parking over here please don't come early, only around 1/2hr. The address should be on Louis Road, take exit 480 if traveling on north bond, take right on Louis Road East, its going to be on left hand side before the RR crossing. Stay on right lane check in with guard check, break the seal they do have bolt cutter. Go to your dock, drop the trailer and chock your wheels than go to bob tail parking. Put your door no, tel no, and seal on the 2 tags on the folder. Go to shipping and receiver near bob tail parking door 501 ( Got washroom, vendeing machine, and microwave). They will give you beeper tag there.. There are 2 truck stop near by, if your comming from north take exit 483 AP Travel center, if from south 473 loves. Easy parking at warehouse. Why -ve 2 stars, 1 don't have parking, 2 not easy to find easily...
