I purchased a 2004 Sequoia, ended up spending $3500 on repairs after two months, the car stopped driving after 6 months, when I called Reza, he rudely told me I should have brought a mechanic with me when I bought the Sequoia. Not even one star for the quality of cars they sell at this place and the owner (Reza) customer service.
For some reason I cannot reply to OC Carz reply, so I had to edit mine and add my reply: When I purchased this vehicle, it had 145600 miles. It was so unreliable that I hardly drove it. most of times it was in the shop. I ended up taking my wife's car to complete my business trip, not this one. Currently the miles on this vehicle is only 147,100. That means in the past 8 months it has been driven only 1500 miles. That is how LEMON this car is. When I came there you had another Sequoia that I wanted, but the battery was dead on that. So your secretary went to charge it, and I ended up buying this one, which after you did all the paperwork, you told me the car was in an accident, but everything was fixed. I should have just left right then and there, but I was too polite. So if your cars go through extensive inspection why was the other Sequoia out of battery. Anyways, I know these cars and just band aided and sold as is, that's why you make customers sign a "As Is" form. Zero star for your...
Read moreHistorical Santa Ana buildings: Shaving Cream Company and Quivey's Tire Service & Flyin' A Service gas station and Armor All. After WWII when my grandfather returned from North Africa he opened up the Flyin' A Gas Station. The side building with the large entry is a shaving cream can from the Art Deco Period when that building and the outbuildings served as the manufacturing company for a local brand. After that it was turned into the Flyin' A gas station. My grandfather was co-creator of Armor All and that building is where the produce was sold from. My grandmother and I would hand pump the white formula into plastic bottles and go daily to the Post Office to ship. Armor All was sold through publications such as Hot Rod Magazine and through the Briggs Cunningham Automotive museum in Costa Mesa. It was eventually sold to VIP products. Byron Quivey would along with other race friends build their midget race cars here and advertise the Fairgrounds weekend racing. They would race during the day and the night. Byron Quivey also developed his Formula IV race cars here and was a well known wheelwright. Byron Quivey was a large distributor of Pirrelli Tires from...
Read moreUpon reading all the wonderful reviews of how OC Cars has helped so many other people when everyone else said no I was excited to put my credit application in and started to believe I was going to finally get my yes. Well I got a call from them only to have them hang up on me and text me "e can't help you," not even including the dealership name or person who texted me I texted back who is this and they replied with only a phone number, still no name or dealership. When I spoke to the gentleman, he never gave me his name and was very condescending about my credit and income situation and I was denied any financing across the board. Don't advertise Everyone is approved because that is a lie. I wasn't and employee could care less about why my credit was the way it was or trying to offer a cheaper car more down, nothing! Very disappointed and feel lied to by your advertising and what you say you offer because you don't!! I would post the screenshot of the text messaging but this doesn't allow me to. Very unprofessional, rude and definitely not compassionate to the the client's they say they serve at...
