When we first pulled up to The Burger Stop, I’ll admit my expectations were low. The exterior looked a bit rough, with paint marks and an unfinished vibe inside. But appearances can be deceiving, because what came next was honestly impressive. Our cashier, Adrian, was a rockstar. He was friendly, confident, and helped us decide between two signature burgers: the Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger and the Colossal Burger. We went with the bacon avocado, grabbed some onion rings, waffle fries, and fried zucchini, and waited to see if the food lived up to the energy. When our order came out, it was 10 out of 10 across the board. The presentation was beautiful, the patties were juicy and perfectly seasoned, and every topping hit just right. The onion rings and zucchini fries were golden, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the waffle fries had that ideal crunch. The best part? The ranch dressing came automatically with our sides, no extra charge, no need to ask. Small detail, major win! If The Burger Stop ever decided to lean into its name like a gamer-themed fast food brand Ă  la “GameStop,” they could totally call this masterpiece the “Level-Up Bacon Avocado Burger.” It fits the playful “Stop” theme, and honestly, the flavor deserves that kind of badge. Now, the food was near perfect, but not everything hit 100 percent. The horchata was too sweet and lacked a creamy balance, though the fountain drinks were totally fine. The interior could use some design love, some patchy paint and random dĂ©cor choices, but credit where it’s due: the tables were spotless and grease-free. The team running the place deserves huge recognition. Adrian had excellent customer service and charm, and the Asian woman working that day was incredibly kind and hardworking, even with a slight language barrier. You could see her genuine care for every guest. Everyone on staff was hustling, making sure orders got out fast. Overall, The Burger Stop is exactly what a local burger joint should be: great food, genuine service, and a few quirks that make it memorable. The imperfections give it character, but the food, especially that Level-Up Bacon Avocado Burger, steals the show. Would I go back? Absolutely. Probably tomorrow.

First time I went inside it was clean and cashier was polite when she took my order, they have the menu displayed out in the open as well as a small hand held menu of all the delicious food. My first burger was the Swiss Jalapeno Burger and I loved it! 🍔💖spicy đŸ”„ I expected small jalapenos, you know, like the circle looking ones from cans..but when I took a bite a big strip of jalapeno was what I got and I didn't even mind, the cheese was so complementary to the entire burger that I didn't mind that unexpected size. My husband had the Avocado bacon cheeseburger and he loved it as well! My 3 year old tried the Jr.Burger with regular french fries and he looked to be enjoying his meal, it was just his "size" along with some beryy tea plus some chicken nuggets. It was so good I returned. I took home 2 Swiss Jalapeno Burgers and my husband had the Avocado Bacon Cheeseburger along with Double cheeseburger 🍔💖oh and fries. 2 sprites and some ice cold tea💙 Oh yeah! I packed a small baggie of the yellow spicy chilli's they have available if you want to take some. I recommend trying the yellow chilli if you haven't yet with burgers, I ate some even though I was already having the Swiss Jalapeno Burger đŸ˜‚đŸ”„đŸ’– I have to say I really loved the burgers it is equal to my childhood burger spot I dare say! They have breakfast available, lunch, dinner, I need to try it all. Everyone is very nice and polite when I have gone. They have a T.V inside if that is something you like. You should give the place a try if you want a delicious burger for an ACTUAL fair price 🍔😋

First time here based on some of the reviews, but I got a completely different experience. Let me start by saying that the service was good. The girl the counter was polite and professional, but that’s when the high review ends. Once I paid, I looked at the cooking crew and realized no one’s wearing any gloves. They were touching the lettuce, avocados, buns bare handed. wiping hands on dirty rags is disgusting. I almost wanted a refund but decided just to eat and hope I don’t get sick. Look at the photos of the Asian. I think he may be the owner or one of them holding the buns, with no gloves nearly touching raw beef even the lady wasn’t wearing gloves and she kept touching her face, scratching her arms. It was disgusting. Shame on this place. I’ll never never go back. The burger itself was mediocre maybe a two or three at best best.

The Burger Spot – Where Grease Is a Religion and Lupita Is the High Priestess

You don’t find The Burger Spot. You stumble into it. Maybe you’re hungover. Maybe you’re broke. Maybe you’re just tired of artisan arugula and burgers that come with backstories longer than a Tolstoy novel. But you walk in, squint past the sun-faded posters and the busted screen door, and it hits you:

This place fs.*

It smells like hot oil, grilled beef, and a hundred perfect bad decisions. And behind the register? Lupita. Sharp eyes, faster hands, and the kind of voice that cuts through chaos like a machete through sugarcane. She runs that joint like it’s a sacred duty. If she told me to march into battle, I wouldn’t even ask who we’re fighting—I’d just grab my combo and go.

I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger, and let me tell you, this thing came out looking like it owed me money. Thick patty, crispy bacon stacked like it was trying to get into heaven, fresh avocado slices laid down like royalty. No bullshit, no foam, no truffle dust. Just a greasy masterpiece in a paper tray.

The fries? Hot enough to scar your fingertips. Salty enough to raise your blood pressure. Perfect enough to make you question why you ever gave McDonald’s a second chance.

The ambiance? Think “post-apocalyptic diner where humanity survives on flavor and instinct.” There’s a busted fan in the corner spinning just fast enough to keep the flies guessing, and you’ll probably share elbow space with a mechanic on break and a kid high off Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. But it’s home. It’s real. It’s everything Chipotle wishes it could be after three tequila shots and a one-night stand.

And the best part? You’ll eat this burger in silence. Not because it’s quiet—but because it demands your attention. It commands respect. The kind of meal that grabs you by the face and says, “Hey. Remember joy? This is it. Now eat.”

Final Word: The Burger Spot is a greasy little cathedral for the broken, the hungry, and the flavor-deprived. A place where avocado means actual avocado, bacon snaps like a love letter to your arteries, and Lupita might just be the patron saint of not giving a damn—as long as your order’s right and hot off the grill.

This isn’t food for Instagram. It’s food for your soul.

And maybe your funeral. But trust me:...
