Perhaps the worst service experience of my life.

I love Montecito and choose to support local busineses, but the woman at the front of this shop is so incredibly rude and arrogant, I will never support Silverhorn again. What a shame. Particularly because the actual jewelry maker is wonderful, kind, and skilled. I cannot recommend this business to anyone unelss the front of the house learns to treat all people -- not just a particular profile that they are looking for -- with dignity...
