Last night I went to this store to return something, they only had one lady as a cashier, and another lady with short black hair that did not look happy to be there at all doing some other things around the cashier. Cashier had a long line of people waiting, the other lady didn't even acknowledge anyone in line or start helping the cashier to get the line down. Finally, I heard the cashier ask her to help the return line which I was at, she huffed and took her time to get to the register. She then proceeding, saying you have a return ill help you here (no smile, nothing, seemed so annoyed) I then told her i don't have the receipt but tags and everything were still on, she scanned the items and just said you will get .49 cents back credit, so i said well Id rather donate, and she said fine, proceeded with her unpleasant attitude. Everywhere is short staffed, but if she doesn't not like her job there or customer service, she should look elsewhere. Not a team player, nor knows how to deliver a good customer experience. Cashier did a great job handling...
Read moreThis is kind of a bizarre place. Now I'm used to shopping at Marshall's and TJ Maxx, which have the same model as this place, but there were a bunch of things that seemed off. For example there were bras sold in 2 packs when I went to the fitting room the lady counted them as 2 items (meaning I couldn't take one of the things I wanted into the fitting room since I thought it was one hanger = 1 item.) Then when I got to the fitting room I found the 2 bras were control tagged together making them hard to try on and impossible to judge well. Their fitting rooms don't have a proper way of locking it's just held by a magnet which is concerning. Then the line was strange. Normally when there is a unified line you are prevented from getting to the registers except by going through it, but not here meaning I missed it then had to go back. And to finish it all off they were sold out of bags and it sounds like they had been for a while... Overall a confusing experience and I'll probably...
Read moreI love this location because it has amazing merchandise I live on the complete opposite side of town just to visit their store. However I find it very frustrating when myself as a paying costumer comes to this location and has to use the bathroom next store in CVS for months now they have said that their bathrooms are out of order. I watched a elderly lady beg today to use the bathroom while nearly peeing herself. It's hard when you have a 10 month old and have to park your cart take my belongings and my child next door to use the bathroom. I hope to God they are not lying and the bathroom situation gets fixed immediately I plan to further look into this because I used to work for this company many years and we would use the same excuse until we were no longer able to do so because it is against the law to not provide bathrooms...
