Camp Store - Blitzen Kitchen — Local services in Santa Claus

I love how the Camp Store is centrally located and it has the essentials needed. But Blitzen's Kitchen disappointed me. My family ordered a pizza at the window and the lady taking the order took my name and told me it would be 40 minutes. My first thought was 40 minutes is a little long for pizza, but we didn't mind waiting. But, after almost an hour, I went up to the window and it was ready and they never brought it to the window to call my name for it and my pizza was just about cold. Secondly, my family tried to get ice cream and the girl that was supposed to be taking orders asked me if I was ordering cold or hot food. I said cold.
