Goblin Burgers — Restaurant in Santa Claus

Tables are seriously old. NO ICE! No ketchup?!? Fries were hot at least, but not tasty, no salt. Chicken tenders were cheap tasting and just weren't tasty. Two tiny pickles, wilted lettuce. Tiny thin tomato. Ridiculous price for quality and ther service, well, what service? Employee just trying to hurry up the order, and then, had to wait for it after trying to spoed me up. Can't recommend. Service and food was better years ago when Will Koch was still alive and when his brother ran it. Hasn't been the same quality in the whole park since Pat Koch left also to be with her...

Poor customer service affects quality and production. Alliyah who worked Monday afternoon did not listen to my order request, refused to admit she got it wrong, wouldn't offer a refund and rolled her eyes.

Otherwise, the burgers were juicy, hot and hung over the bun, which was a plus. The buns were very fresh. Ordered fries but received hot fried cheese... didn't try this bc upon investigating it...

If I could rate 0 stars I would!! First off, I had to pay over 50 dollars just to get into the park, and then I couldn't even find it, I walked around for like an hour, and then when I did find it I had to pay for the burgers too! The burgers were very good and juicy and the fries were amazing, but it just isn't worth the hassle if you're not planning on spending the day at holiday...
