I bought a bed holder online approximately the third week in May, 2025. I paid extra for “white glove delivery.” But the delivery men, Carlos and Eli, both refused by text message—they did not pick up the phone and call me—to put my mattress and box spring into the bed holder furniture which I paid for. I explained that I was disabled and could not lift the mattress and box spring. They texted me back (still no phone call) that company policy dictates they move no furniture. So even if you are buying a mattress holder, they refuse to see if the mattress fits into the holder. I tried to cancel the purchase and delivery by phoning customer service, waited on hold for an eternity, and got transferred to “action teams” twice. I finally got a live representative who hung up on me when I attempted to explain why I was cancelling.
