It is to my deepest regret that I have to write this negative review and cannot recommend this place to anyone anymore.
Here is why: The man who is always working there, I think he might even be the owner, he's a nice guy, but I think he was thinking about stealing my credit card information and then using it later.
Here are the facts: I have been here and used the same credit card which has always processed fine. People don't usually lift up a credit card and look at it as if they have never seen one before and proceed to writing the card number down as well as flipping the card around and writing that info down too. I thought this was weird, and his expressions were shifty and suspicious, he then asked me for my zip code which I stupidly gave it to him. But then I asked him, what's going on ... he said the card reader wasn't responding. From what I could tell, he was pretending to manually enter my card. I then warned him that I've used the card here before and not so long ago. I also mentioned it is my main card. Then all of a sudden he said my card was declined. I gave him my AMEX and the card reader, miraculously was able to process data within seconds as it should.
So ... my Bank of America Credit Card was declined ... by who ... well by Bank of America of course, so they will certainly know why.
I called BofA and spoke to a representative to investigate. They said my card was never processed tonight. I told them what happened. They advised me to freeze my card and get a new one and confirmed that they believe whoever was handling my card had bad intentions.
Now I don't have my main credit card to use all because some bad person.
I can't believe this just happened right in front of me. I am literally still shoving their fries into my mouth and eating the burger I just bought like 20 mins ago.
Could this have been a misunderstanding? I calculated the odds with BofA; we both agreed, this was most likely an...
Read moreThey need to fix their drive thru intercom because they 9 times out of 10 get my order wrong even after they repeat to me correctly or someone else takes the order and it doesn't get relayed properly either way drive thru order taking needs to get better. But when they get it right they get it right. Orders I've made inside have never been wrong. They cook everything thoroughly other than the zucchini fries those are too soggy for my taste. Good customer service. Overall good. Update: (Y'all really need to fix your drive thru intercom or something because I simply order a rice and bean burrito no cheese and y'all still add the cheese most of the time. This recent time you didn't even add the rice. Y'all have me a beans and cheese burrito. I love your rice and beans the cheese just over powers them especially the amount you put in them. I'm sure cheese lovers appreciate that. Maybe you should have a strictly beans and rice only burrito on your menu and give it a specific number on your menu so that it won't get confused for the other burritos. Whatever the case I would love to be able to order a beans and rice burrito from y'all and it be just that. I swear if their rice wasn't so good and they weren't nice people I wouldn't...
Read moreBeen to this restaurant twice. First visit, i had a lettuce wrapped bacon cheeseburger combo meal. Lettuce wrap was thick and fresh; fries was golden and crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. 😋
However, on the second visit. 😳😱 what happened?? I ordered the same combo meal as my first visit. But this time, the lettuce that wrapped the burger was not fresh - it was stained with brown spots.
The lettuce barely wrapped the burger. It was very thin - looked like a jig-saw puzzle of lettuce. 😰
The fries they served to me was old, slightly warm and very greasy on the inside; hard and overly crunchy on the outside.😰
Not happy at all with my food, i made it known to the owner(s). Subsequently, they gave me a new batch of fries, but did nothing about the poorly made lettuce wrapped burger.
🤔🤔🤔.. Not sure if I'll return there again.
Side note: Customer retention is always a necessity; especially in the food business. All it takes is one badly cooked meal and that customer is gone.
Suggestion to the owner(s) and their cooks: Make sure every 'customer paid' made to order meal is served to them as if it was their last visit.
With today's cost of eating out, i don't think it's worth the risk of losing anyone due to a poorly...
