US Storage Centers — Local services in Santa Fe Springs

So I needed a short term storage and needed it on a short notice. Then process in getting me started was great ! Super easy and quick felt super comfortable doing business with them. And then a day later I realized that I wouldn’t need the storage unit at all. But I had already paid for the rest of October and November. So I asked if I can cancel the month of November.

They said they would call me back in which it did. But j had written down the wrong phone number due to my sloppy hand writing. I’m so glad they had a policy to leave someone else’s contact!! They were able to contact them and leave a voicemail notifying they have been trying to contact me.

So ends up they were willing to refund me the month of November. Since I have never placed or put the unit to use. Honestly i was willing to lose my month due to them just being such an easy business to work with. But the fact that they were willing to refund me for November was the cherry on top.

I know if I ever need to use a storage facility. That this is my first place to go! I would highly recommend all stor they are just good people...

It was okay. My Grandmother's household estate items were stored here for a time. And when I couldn't get in with the new code I went to the front office, the older man gave me the old code they didn't change. He stepped back and put his hands up and said I can't change it, I'm not giving you the code again. Not helpful. They finally changed it. Also on the last visit he was there again and when I asked for the bathroom key he said they don't let customers use the bathroom and I have, and family members have used the bathroom before. When he got the key he was arguing still and practically threw it at me. It was very offensive and being a Chicana American it was a sad day to be treated unfairly over race . We were able to use the bathroom and almost the whole time we used this facility we were given professionalism and treated right. But those 2 times we were mistreated we are very glad we are done...

I'm homeless and went to go check on my belongings that I constantly hear are going to be stolen... the door said open yet no one was there to answer... the manager or someone who looked like he wasn't working had the key, he was outside walking his dog when he was supposed to be on duty... I knocked on the door and he seen me and started yelling and threatening me. As I slapped the door for not being open when they said they were. He seemed to know who I was without me knowing who he was. I never gave him any of my information then all of a sudden they call my mother to see about kicking me out of the storage unit. Im sick of being treated this way. Stop targeting me and going against protocol when I arrive. DO NOT TOUCH MY BELONGINGS IDK HOW YOU KNOW WHICH STORAGE UNIT IS MINE. THE POLICE ALREADY KNOW ABOUT THIS ENCOUNTER.
