Windsor — Local services in Santa Fe Springs

I ordered 2 dresses and selected a standard shipping (which is 5 business days for additional $9.95). I was expecting the shipment in 7 business days considering 2 days buffer. To my surprise, the merchant sat on the order for 4 business days and then shipped. Further more, I don't see any movement on the shipment even after 2 days since the shipment picked by Fedex. The irony is, I am just 27 miles away from where the merchant is but I can't even go and collect the order in person given the pathetic policy of the merchant. Ordered 2 dresses and 2 pairs of heels, I shopped on the Canadian site and put the currency as CAD. At the checkout and the total of my order we're all in CAD but yet I GOT CHARGED IN USD!! There's nothing on their website that specifies them charging the US currency for International orders! Absolutely terrible. Very sneaky. The heels we're too small. Their size 10 fits like a 9. Horrible customer service, package not even here on time, called the carrier and they told to me to contact the shipper(Windsor) and I did and told me they didn’t have any responsibility over my package and so I called FedEx again and then FedEx told me the same thing and so I tried to file for a lost package and Windsor told me to read articles to help me 😐 worst store ever will not be ordering...
