I have been here twice in and both times the staff was very helpful, friendly and will help you in a timely manner. I find its better to come here then putting your winnings in the mail. They will take a copy of your id, your claim form and will date and sign as a proof of receipt. It will still take about Sacramento about 6-8 weeks before they mail your check.
