Directions are incorrect, telling you to go up La Loma Vista which is blocked by a gate. Even if you walk up on foot, you have to scramble up an embankment and duck under a cable fence. A better approach is to park in the dog park. There is a small trail on the left side of the park (along the fence) that goes directly to the marker. Alternately, once in the Parking lot, drive up the gravel drive and park on top; the marker (a large white rock) is just a few yards up the hill.
