Recently purchased a townhome in this development, and am writing this after submitting my 4th warranty service ticket.

Luckily the home is still covered under warranty, but the amount of issues I've already had with a NEWLY CONSTRUCTED home has left a rather bad taste and has me wondering when the next issue with rear it's ugly head.

Issues: Linoleum floor was poorly done, and coming up around our kitchen counters, bathtubs, and trim. Both patios have cracked and separated concrete slabs Holes in the drywall and cabinets were discovered shortly after moving in, and took 3 months to get repaired. Our breaker panel box looks like the Hulk went smash on it - Pulte will not replace. Sound of constant running water in the walls prompted me to investigate- I found water starting to pool around the exterior plumbing. The builders forgot that there was supposed to be a powder bath downstairs, and had to rush to get plumbing installed - I suspect rushed work is the catalyst for the leak.

I do need to add the disclaimer that this house was built out as an affordable home, so corners could have been cut to save money for Pulte on...

We bought our townhome during the height of the pandemic. We purchased the unit sight unseen as we are both from out of state and it was not possible to get to Santa Fe. I really do not have enough good things to say about the Pulte Team. First was Susan our realtor and Joed our construction manager. They answered all of our questions and sent us numerous pictures of our house as it was being built. It was excellent communication and made the purchasing and building part of our experience smooth and easy. Then, once we moved in there was the Pulte warranty department and our representative Rebecca. Every request we have made she has handled in a prompt and courteous manner. Service is right away and we receive a follow up phone call from Pulte within 24 hours of the completion of the work. The quality of the repair personnel has been uniformly high. The customer service used to be really really good. However as of late not so great. The stuff that I've dealt with them on the past 10 occasions have not been very fantastic for me, and they don't seem to be very knowledgeable about their products in their Department. I could tell you story after story about them sending me to the wrong section for an item telling me they don't carry something or do something when they actually do, but I'll just save you the time and just say don't have high expectations for their customer...
