Buyer Beware. I attempted to return 2 nine inch cakepans, unused, sticker on the bottoms of each, with a receipt. $26.00. The store would not accept the return. When I purchased the pans, the woman who helped me knew I was hesitant with the purchase due to the cost, and the fact that I had cake pans at home that I just could not find. Had she told me that these could not be returned, I would not have spent that kind of money. Today, they told me no returns because people use the pans, wash them and try to return. Had they looked at what I was returning, they would know that the pans had not been used. Could have gone right back on the shelf to be sold. Terrible customer service. I will not return, which is a shame because I want to support local small business. I post this publicly so others do not have my experience. A simple "these are not returnable" should have...

First time I've shopped at Karen Ann's and I could not be more pleased. Not only do they have a great selection of cake decorating supplies, but their customer service is top- notch! All 3 of the ladies who worked there went out of their way to help answer some questions I had; one even generously offered her personal phone number in case I had any additional questions! I wish I would've gone there before I had bought some supplies from Amazon because they were much less expensive. Coupled with the personal service, this will definitely be my go-to shop from now on. Couldn't recommend...

There is NOTHING you won't find here- cookie cutters, all icing ingredients, accoutrements, colorings, and embellishings. They gave candy molds, excellent chocolate in a myriad of colors, books, candles, doilies, plates, stands, and my favorite- candy rocks!
