High priced and rude. Having just came from another antique store in Creve Coeur, I saw some similar pieces and the pricing difference was ridiculous. For example some antique speakers price at $200 for set. Saw the same speakers, couple inches smaller, over at Creve Coeur for $55.

There was a sign on the door saying because of recent thefts I had to leave my purse in my car. So to assume every person coming in the door is a thief is pretty off putting.

What was the saddest thing was I listened to a customer making a purchase telling the employee (or felt like possibly the owner) this sad story about how she broke her back recently and how excited she was that she finally got to come into the store because the store had been closed every time she came by and now she was finally there. The employee’s response was “your total is…” Completely ignored this woman, little to no eye contact. Just rude. No...

I wish I didn’t even have to give him one star, but in order to leave a review I had to give one star. The man who owns this store was the most rude individual. I have come across in years! I am blind, and I have a licensed Guide Dog that was trained for the first two years of her life. She was trained at a facility called Guide Dogs Of The Desert in California. I was awarded this dog when working with visually impaired children. This man met me at the door with immense hostility. He would not listen to anything I said. My guy dog is allowed anywhere. I am by law. but alas, he wouldn’t hear anything I said and rudely chased me out of his store! I am going to report him as soon as I am done with this review. He would not even see her credentials! I will let everyone know that this man is rude, , and refuses to listen to any reason or the laws for that matter. Wow… I don’t recommend going...

Ruthless antique store.

The reputation this business is creating is one that costumers should be aware of; items will be sold underneath you. I was under the impression that I could purchase a beautiful antique wardrobe this morning. When I arrived to store it was sold to someone else. I arrived at 10:30am, 30 min before the opening time indicated on Google. However, apparently the store has different hours on their Facebook page and the item was sold at 10am. I am very sad with my experience. I am curious what their policy is if two costumers are present in the store at the same time wanting to buy the same item --- do they endorse a fight over a piece of furniture? There are beautiful items here but the business model and approach to costumer service...
