Fantastic store. Extremely clean with so many items you need in your daily life. I even purchased a gorgeous jar of honey. The honey is locally made and you get a huge jar for only $15.99, which is a great price for locally made honey. Save the bees, please! You name it, they have it here. Maria, the salesperson was so super kind. She was very helpful and attentive to my needs in this store. The owner did not mind me taking lots of pictures. He was also very kind and greeted me warmly. We are lucky to have this gem of a store in our midst because it’s a treasure trove of all things needed on an everyday basis. I love that they open at 8 am and they have all specialized cleaners like silver polish, brass polish, orange oils and much more. A definite must stop at this lovely store. You can spend hours here, literally. Update: I went back to this glorious store for more locally grown honey. I love this honey; I take a little spoonful everyday and I feel great! It’s a wonderful balm on your soul to have a little honey each day and this store sells the best honey I have ever used or tasted. Delicious...

But when I came the shelf was empty and the store clerk apologized for inconvenience, but promised that “tomorrow it will be restocked”. 2 days later, on Thursday I check online - In Stock again. Just to be sure I call to the store and ask if IPA is available now - “yes” was the answer. I spend 15 minutes driving to the store just to see Distilled Water bottles instead of IPA on the shelf. I asked “What’s happening, I’ve been told on the phone that IPA is in stock”. They started questioning the fact that I called them before my visit. (I will attach a screenshot from my recent calls list as a proof.) Results: a) wasted time for traveling to the store twice: b) missed opportunity to go to another store; c) my project is on hold without IPA; d) being very upset twice. Now this store is in my blacklist and Ace Hardware brand damaged - you are doing bad job hiring wrong people to work in...
Read moreIt's a nice small shop that has all the handyman essentials, but this place feels like a liquor shop from a 3rd world country upon entering.
Once you enter, there's security footage in front of you, chicks to the right, pies to the left.
I read online that Ace Hardware programs car keys. I came with my own key to have programmed and was told I needed to buy a car key from Ace Hardware to have it programmed. They asked for $280. Far from the $70-100 price range mentioned by other Ace Hardwares online to have mine programmed. I ended up going to a local locksmith that programmed it for $130.
I'm still scratching my head over why they chose to lose business. Ace Hardware has the device to program the key and it costs them nothing other than 10 mins of labor for ~$100 of pure profit. =/ Store policies? Sir, this store has live chicks and sells pies. Don't tell me about Ace Hardware policies.
On a positive note, I'm sure the workers are knowledgeable here and can help...
