If I could give them a minus 5 I would. Broke down near them and had our truck towed to them to fix the transmission. We live in Tennessee, so we had to leave the truck there. We tracked down a transmission for them while we were there and was told it would be about 3-4 days before they were done with it. Whenever we called, it was excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't done. The transmission wasn't right, the torque converter wasn't right. Finally after 9 business days we decided to see about getting it to someone else who could fix it. We told them to put the transmission and whatever parts they had off in the back of the truck. The tow truck driver got there and said that the transmission was still in the truck and it hadn't even been touched. If they couldn't work on the truck I wish they would've said something before now and we could've gotten another shop to fix it. Would I recommend them? Not even is it a NO, it's...
