If you're having service completed here, do yourself a favor and request all used parts back. The shop has a hoard of parts that were billed to customers but never installed on trucks. They are scamming you, billing you for parts they've not used (such as injector lines and various replacement gaskets), and then reselling those parts to other customers. They will be scrambling to hide those parts as soon as this is posted, but the paper trail of them adjusting in parts they should have never had (because they were billed to a different customer) so they can sell them again will always be there. Technician tool boxes will be full of these hidden parts. Meanwhile, they didn't fix what they told you they fixed or billed you for.
The GM is a big, fat liar and is blatantly racist, as not a single black person works at this location that has more than 50 employees. Pretty suspect, especially when you consider their geographical location. The service manager and parts manager perpetuate this mentality. All of them take advantage of a Bosnian employee and pay him much less than his white counterparts who do MUCH less work, then they make jokes about him needing 9/11 off for a National Holiday.
You can pretty much guarantee that a truck ordered from here will be missing one or more options you selected, but they will still try to charge you the full price and make excuses. They definitely take pride in their gas-lighting skills here.
There are several inappropriate relationships going on at this location- the female parts manager (with employees and subordinates) and the female outside sales (with customers). Maybe this is your cup of tea, but one of them has already got someone fired after being caught hooking up and left that person a lovely parting gift to remember them by, forever and ever.

Had fuel ejection problem was fixed (its a 2023 paccar moter) but i was going through 5 qt oil in 20000 mile, and a gll coolant, and ask for them to change the in cab air filter sence the glove box has to be removed to change that one they just change the outside one( the one i can do) and the charged me 2hr to pull out the outside filter and slide one in that takes 5min not 2 hrs, then they called me at 10pm orso and told me the heater core is leaking its going to cost 487$ orso to fix said well i need the heat to work so fix it, got the bill 6.80 for the heater hose clamps not a core, $487.5 to change for 4 hose clamp at $6.80 for the clamps. but come on 6.80 hr to replace 4 hose clamps this i maybe 1.30 to investigate it and fix not 6.80 hr feel i was way over charged. FEEL TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS BY THE PEOPLE HERE TO FIX MY RIG!seem to me like they had more hr into the injector cleaning, then the 3.6 hr the warranty pays out so i feel they just got it in anotherway. Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust updated on my previous review that I would give no stars....well after I emailed service manager Greg that guy had no clue what was going on and that i was waiting way to long than expected. Greg immediately answered he took care of everything and i was able to pickup my unit same day. That guy is awesome and all i can say if anyone has any issues while doing service at TLG donāt talk to anyone but Greg and 100% he will take care of you immediately....I know its hard to be in charge its all on him since heās doing office stuff and its not always in shop especially at night but I should talk to him first since they have 3 shifts and thereās always someone else behind a counter.. Next day I needed DOT on my other unit and that guy told me bring it in as soon as you get here they will have your ticket and they will take care of you immediately....It was like that quick in and out I saw Greg two times in my life but that guy will do anything to make his customers happy and from now on every time i do need something not talking to anyone but Greg Once again i do recommend this place as long as their manager is aware of that and he will get them straight 100% you will be stress free...
