I wanted something grand and beautiful, I thought I was getting something beautiful and extravagant but what I got was nothing like the picture. It’s as if whoever made this bouquet was playing a joke on me. 1- The picture on the website looked like something completely different than what I got it. 2- I payed for PRIORITY shipping (claimed it was going to get to her location before 1 pm) well I went to customer service to see where the package was since it was already 2 o’clock and nothing yet... never got a response and her flowers came 3 hours late NEVER EVER EVER EVER SPEND YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY HERE $75 for premium ended up paying $100+ for everything and the package was WAY...

I ordered flowers yesterday to be delivered for someone's birthday today. Got a confirmation number and everything. Today I get an email stating I'm getting a refund. Confused, I call to inquire about why I was not called to be notified of any other possible options (maybe delivered tomorrow instead?).

No apologies. The girl just says "yeah our florist isn't in, my bad".

Is this how business is conducted? We say "my bad"? How rude and inappropriate. Will NOT do business here again.
