I was in the store multiple times as I was having problems switching my phone service to US cellular due to issues with my last service account and who the account was under. I thankfully was able to switch my account over and Jose was so helpful throughout my many visits to the store. I have dealt with Cole at least 3x within the past 5 days, and he was outstanding each time. His friendliness, patience, product knowledge, and willingness to help have been top-notch. When I praised him personally, he really appreciated it but said he didn't feel like he deserved it since to him, he's just doing his job. I would strongly disagree as the level of service he provides is above and beyond, and it shows. I can not believe the amazing customer service I was privileged to have! Wow where do I begin? The physical establishment was very clean and both agents cared about everyone being taken care of. I came prepared to change 4 lines specifically because of lack of customer service. Not only was I not disappointed I was humbled and became FLOORED at the attention to detail.
