I feel just terrible for the clerks that have to deal with rude customers. I was in the store after work yesterday and a customer was complaining and swearing to the clerk about having to show his ID for something he wanted to buy. The clerk asked the manager to come over and she said it was store policy to get an ID for what he wanted to buy. He was saying something about not wanting the government to know his every move. WOW! The employees kept it together and treated him nicely even though he was being so verbally abusive. I think the "one star" reviews here are just impatient rude people that should wait 24 hours before posting. When they have calmed down and think clearly, they would give a true review. Read moreStore is alright, pharmacy is awful. No matter what time of day you stop in you will have to wait either because everyone is ignoring you or because of "stupid computers." Don't even bother going in after 7:30pm because at that point nobody wants to be there and they will make it obvious. Things are always screwed up. Last night I was given meds that I litterally picked up the week prior but the new meds I was prescribed, which were the only reason I came in, couldn't be dispensed because of them not knowing a code. Today their excuse was that my insurance is expired (which it's not), while at the same time filling yet another perscription I didn't want. Will be taking my business elsewhere once they get my perscription...
Read moreSuper big hassle to pick up photos today in the pharmacy drive-thru. It was advertised that we could go through the drive-through to pick up photos when Covid started. I had the day off with my kids as my daughter had to get a Covid test today because she had a fever yesterday at school. And we are treated very in politely while we did so from Jess in pharmacy. I understand if your pharmacist are stressed during times like these.... But they are still providing customer service and should do so...
