The store and it's self and the sales staff were great! Very knowledgeable about the pieces we were purchasing and they gave us a very nice, fair deal! However, the issue comes with the delivery staff!!! They delivered at the appropriate time- it was how we we treated and talked to during the delivery process! We paid $60 to have two stationary couches taken away and we also paid the $40 service charge for the delivery. We had also asked the store clerk if the delivery men would mind moving the small love seat downstairs- we were told this would not be a problem as a couch was being taken away from the downstairs and the love seat needed to be moved anyhow as the new one was coming in. I truly dont know what the older man's problem was while he was here, the younger guy was just fine, but he made unneccessary comments to me like... "We move furniture all day, We don't do stuff for free ya know, We cant just be doing favors for anyone, no one at the store should have told you any of this!" These comments by your delivery staff were not welcomed and very rude! While we are very happy with our purchase, we may not be back because of the unnecessary production your one delivery staff gave us! After all its not like I didnt pay for all the necessaey fees, and I did ask ahead of time with ok's from the store staff that "it wouldn't be a problem".... Very poor delivery service, the rudeness was...

This place is great. Mark and the two young ladies are the best. They let you come into the store and wander around at your own pace. You do not have a sales person standing over you trying to sell you everything in the store. If you have a question they are great at helping you and their knowledge about the items in the store is outstanding. I looked around at other stores and you will not find a lower price and the items are very high quality. They will also deliver your items and take away your old ones. Also if you do not find what you are looking for in the store ask to look at their TV screen to see other items that you can get. Why waste your time looking at other places when they can't beat Bob's. This is the only place I will ever...

Bought this beautiful dresser piece for our living room and it fits perfect. The price was reasonable, the product is well made, the employees were very friendly. We also bought this comfy Ashley Furniture sectional couch, it was a lower price than the AF store had it up for, it's great quality and exactly what we wanted. We had our furniture delivered-the deliveries guys are always so nice, fast but careful when getting the furniture in and they put it together for you. (We've also bought a box spring, an 2 queen size mattresses, they are good quality and comfortable-the price was great.) personally, highly recommend...
