Lettuce Cannabis — Local services in Sault Ste. Marie

I stumbled across this place in passing one day, but after so many disappointing results dealing with dispensaries, I WAS NOT interested in any more dispensary bud. However, I had a little time on my hands while I waited, so I checked out their website (because it never hurts to look). The prices were so good, I had to stop in. I was greeted warmly by both of the guys working inside (I hate that I don't remember their names bc they were awesome). Both were patient with me as they showed me the different strains and explained how each of them smoked. Also had some good recommendations. More than anything they taught me about terpenes! No one at ANY other dispensary (and I've been to ones all across this great country) has ever been able to help me understand why no matter how high the thc content is, I still may not like a strain because the high may be there, but there's a TASTE I'm looking for. They explained that's bc the taste comes from the terpenes🤯 I've been smoking a long time so maybe I should've already known that. I know now. Their prices are the best I've seen at any dispensary. Without a doubt, no matter what your price point is, they have something for you. The customer service is phenomenal, just some regular guys doing good work and spreading love. The bud I selected was good for the price. I did get a couple of different flavors of bud and a highly recommended prerolled. ALL were good and didnt disappoint. I would first like to start off by saying I have always received high quality products from this dispensary. The budtender Wade is super knowledgeable and will hook you up with the best products suited to you. With that being said I encountered my very first issue today. I purchased a Redemption 1 gram preroll on Weds Jan 26th. I broke the seal this afternoon and to my surprise there was no preroll in the tube. Not even a crumb! I called and spoke to Natalie and told her the situation. Her solution to this was not to make it right by me receiving the said product that I mentioned earlier, that I paid for, but that I could go on to your website and do a review to receive a free 1 gram preroll. (Which by the way pretty much anyone can do.) Super nice of her. Maybe in the future there's a better way to handle this situation, should another one like this arise. I'm sure there's a way that she could have looked in my profile, saw I'm a loyal customer who has never complained. And found a better solution then receiving a free preroll that pretty much anyone is able to receive. And found a way for me to receive the product I paid for. You would think that standing behind your product is important. Well for my first Google review I think I did ok. Thank you for the encouragement to do this review Natalie.

Side note: I completely understand there are people who would complain just to get something for free. I'm not one of those people. I also completely understand...

So I have made a few visits since their opening, the only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because of the limited flower selection, however the flower available is very good quality, it's tested, its very clean . They have the best prices on cartridges in the city. And yes , they are recreational as well as medical. Now one thing 5 star about this place is the people 👌 I love popping in ,because everyone is so incredibly friendly, also well backed with product knowledge. If you haven't had a chance yet , I recommend stopping on in and giving them a try , sa always you have to decide for yourself, but I believe their worth...
