At first I was skeptical because I have natural 4c hair and none of the stylist have my hair type. Since I needed a haircut, I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. My hair turned out really nice and I was truly impressed with the cut. Megan didn't just trim along the end. She sectioned, lifted and cut each part of the hair. I was happy she cut off all the dead ends. At next visit, Brandy did my hair. While she was styling my hair, I noticed she was familiar with my hair type and she limited the amount of heat damage by first sitting me under the head dryer. Spencer was another stylist that assisted with flat ironing my hair. I like how she paid close attention to detail and took her time to straighten every strand. She also recommended product designed specifically for my hair type. I've visited this salon several times and I've been satisfied everytime. All three hairstylists are professional, friendly and they work well with various types of hair....

I came in to get my daughter’s ends clipped today. I called and went over the pricing even before bringing her in, which they said it was going to be $16. After she was done doing my daughter’s hair she’s like it cost $60.. I then ask why so high? She then explained that she was charging me for them clipping her ends, blow drying and flat ironing my daughter’s hair. Mind you I only asked for her ends to be clipped. But the package online and in the store states that a cut, shampoo & full style (curling/ flat iron) costs $32.27. So again I ask, Why so much? SHELLY then states that my daughter is being charged extra because she has “Natural hair”. (I’m a Black American) I am in totally disbelief that I was over charged double because of the texture of my daughter’s hair. Unbelievable!!! Discrimination at its finest!!! I will not be coming...

I had mine done there Oct 2018 I was told a frosting would be 65 dollars. When done it was 130.$ . I liked my hair but did go back within the 7 day period to say not enough frosting I looked awful So for free she put more in and the. I liked how it looked a lot . She was nice about it .. now it’s Jan 2019 I go back today for a redo and am so so scared of the cost mostly. Plus the nice gal that did my hair quit and is no longer there .
