I recently entrusted the services of Lov 'N Kare Carpet Center after meeting the owner Henry elsewhere. I told him that I was moving into a new house and asked "How should I clean the floors?" He was so knowledgeable that I had to hire him. The office manager was so patient with me with rescheduling my appointment because our closing got moved back twice. She was always willing to accommodate. Even though I'm in North Jersey, his technician was at my house 1st thing in morning as promised. He shampooed by carpets, cleaned my tile floors, and then cleaned & waxed all of the hardwood floors. I could now walk around barefoot without feeling grossed out. No more "dog" smell from the previous owners. What a great, professional job! I was so impressed with the service that I have recommended them to many of my friends. I cannot explain how satisfied I was with Luv n Kare’s services. I had tough stains from a pesky puppy that I could not get out - and in fact, made worse - leaving my very new and nice wool rug with some tough brown and yellow stains! Luv n Kare promptly picked up my rug, and cleaned it beautifully. When two of the stains didn’t come out all the way, without question they came back and picked the rug up and did special cleaning on the house to remove the remaining stains. The rug looks brand new! They were extremely organized, communicative about pickup and drop off, flexible, and timely even though my pick up location is a bit far for them. The whole team at Lov ‘N Kare is amazing. The office team is friendly, knowledgeable and always flexible with scheduling pick ups and drop offs. The clean team is professional, on time and quick to determine the correct course of action from red wine stains to doggy accidents you always feel like you are in good hands with top professionals in their field of expertise.
