Promised I would write a review for Glen a while back but completely forgot! Sorry! Better late than never?

Was frustrated by a networking issue with my PC and called Glen out of desperation one day. Instead of just having me come over with my PC and charge me, he gave me some brief advice and ideas over the phone, and of course failing that, he would have been happy to provide his services. I ended up following his advice and life is good. Definitely recommend Glen because he clearly has integrity and is above all just a good dude who knows his way around computers.
