Blue Karaoke — Local services in Scio Township

Blue Karaoke is a great place for people who love to sing and have a good time with their friends. Blue offeres private rooms to accommodate groups of varying sizes (rooms are very clean). You can bring your own drinks and snacks for a very small additional fee (which is a huge plus for my friends and I). Wide range of songs to choose from and easy to use program that allows you to search by titles, artists, etc. You can also queue up songs to keep the flow going. Owner is very friendly and helpful (both on location and by phone or email).

Blue is also handicap accessible! (My friend who goes to Blue with me has a decent sized, electric wheelchair and she is able to move around within the building without problem. Even in the smaller rooms, there is enough room for her to maneuver her chair without any issues).

If you're looking for a good place for karaoke, Blue is the place to go.

Overall a very fun experience, though a couple of important notes:

Prices were a bit steep for what my group expected: $90/hour for a room, $3 for a plastic cup, etc. Communicating prices with the staff was also somewhat difficult; we were originally told that our entire 2 hour reservation was $90, but then told it was $90 an hour upon arrival. We were also not directly told that each minute above our reservation would be added to the tab, we had to go out of our way to ask the staff about this when our reservation was scheduled to end.

The karaoke music selection could use some updating, I don't think you would be able to find any song that was released since 2010.

This place is amazing! Western style karaoke rooms available for rent in half-hour to hour incraments. There is parking onsite (for Ann Arbor, that is a huge deal). It is just West of Downtown A2 off of Libery Street. Fromthe road, it is a little hard to spot, because it sits back from the road. I had my bachelorette party here and it was a total hit!
