I had a very disappointing experience at this range. I came out to hit balls, picked up a few empty baskets, and put my things in my truck when it started raining. When I came back inside to return the baskets and get another, I was accused of stealing a bucket of balls by the concessions worker.

I calmly invited them to come look at my truck with me, which quickly proved I hadn’t taken anything. Instead of apologizing, I was told, “that woman wouldn’t lie,” and when I asked for her name, I was told, “none of your damn business.”

This kind of treatment toward paying customers is unacceptable. I understand mistakes happen, but false accusations and disrespect are not the way to handle them. We played Plantation course today and scheduled a tee time through GOLF NOW. When we went to pay for the second round that is always $20 we were charged full price for the second round because we booked through golf now!!??? So the message is do not do the responsible thing by scheduling a tee time just show up and play. Great setting with lots of water in play and in view. The fairways were very nice and open. The greens were hard as a rock with aeration holes present in mid August.
