Wildcat Express — Local services in Sealy

There's a Huddle House @ this location so my review is for them. I am currently here. The good: Restaurant looks good, spacious, good menu slection and coffee tastes great! The bad: unclean tables (like 8 dirty tables in an almost empty restaurant), our table was dirty when we sat and after two trips of our server to our table I had to tell her to clean it, aperantly it wasn't obvious to her, dirty cups and all. Servers don't come to check on you, my coffee got ice cold by the time I requested a refill, my eggs were cold and over cooked, I paid extra for a waffle and it was burnt to a crisp snd cold by the timet I got it. Hashrowns overcooked and cold. I asked for no butter on my toast and I got it with butter and my toast wasn't even toasted. No customer service whatsoever. The manager that should be running the show was cooking (for like 5 customers). Overall I can't blame the staff which all seem to be super young and unexperienced, I blame the owner and manager(s) that are not doing their job by properly training...

Friendly staff here, there was no sign for cups of ice but staff was very helpful and offered me 2 big cups of ice for $1. Gas was also very cheap for the area, next station had gas at .20c more than this location. Its a small station so it doesnt get overwhelming going inside and perfect for those traveling by who dont like crowded gas stations. Its also easily accessible for wheelchair users as there is no step to go over. I will be coming back to this station next time I head...

May25,2021 at 3PM Cashier tried not to sell my 29 year old girlfriend alcohol even though she has a New TX ID, she even asked if it was her moms. Took 20 minutes to buy a beer, never coming back. Who does that...
