Ordered thru mobile app. Not only was one sandwich missing but one of the sandwiches had raw meat in it. Called them that same day and they did not answer. I just had a major surgery and could not get out of my home. When I was finally able to come 3 days later they refused to refund me my money because I did not have a paper receipt, and the mobile order receipt was not enough. The girls that were there were clueless and the manager on the phone took forever to answer. I contacted subway thru email but they did not respond either.s
Update: The GM Patel did email me back and said he could replace the sandwiches and asked I sent the picture of the chicken. He emailed me back saying that this was not subway chicken so basically said I lied. I have a time stamp on my iPhone with the date of the mobile order and 15 minutes later from when it was picked up which is how far away I live from this location.
