I love this place! Before my first trip to the store, I took time to read the reviews. When I eventually made my way there, I found the place to be clean and cheerful. The folks running the place greeted me but gave me space to browse. I purposefully asked questions about a few things to see what response I might get. Everyone seemed happy to help me. When I got down to business and described what I wanted, I was surprised by the creative energy. I do not know anything about arranging flowers, but it is an art, for sure. The arrangement is stunning, as you should see in the photo. I did find a thing or two of interest. When you have need, call the florist directly to place your order. You'll get a bigger bang for your buck by cutting out the middle man. Equally important is that sometimes what you see in a suggested photo is just that: a suggestion. The exact flower may not be available. If you give the staff some creative latitude, you will not be disappointed. I had flowers delivered to my mom's room in White County Hospital two days in a row. I ordered the Rose Medley and the Yellow Fellow. The flowers on the website were beautifully arranged. The arrangements were full with flowers and the vases were beautiful. I ordered the standard price due to the way they were depicted on the web. You can also upgrade to deluxe or premium. The Rose Medley was missing quite a few Roses and the Yellow Fellow Lilies were substituted for the Alstromeria. I was told that they were out of Lilies and the Alstromeria would be a good substitute. I agreed to this, but the Alstromeria is a much smaller flower than the Lily and the arrangement looked skimpy. The Terra-cotta pot that was depicted was switched for a glass vase which I was not aware of. The bottom line is upgrade and maybe your order will be arranged the way it's depicted. I have collaborated with this florist company for more than 10 years, actually pushing 20 & I am ashamed to say that today when I called to ask for a quote, for a wedding, (which I could’ve just given information and they could’ve called me another day) the man that answered the phone told me that he not only could not take my call but that they were too busy. Apparently, calling for a quote (Wed @ noon) within Mother’s Day, teachers day, or other busy days means that you cannot take details and contact someone later. Had that employee listened to take some note details, they would have learned that I am calling in advance of the need. I am so disappointed and will absolutely utilize this florist never again.
