Went in mainly to look around. I was surprised to find that their prices on handguns (at least the ones I looked at) were competitive with the online deals I had found when you figure in transfer fees to an FFL from an online purchase. It was the last day of the month, and the lady at the counter was just shy of hitting the next commission tier for the month. The other guys there let me know the situation and were encouraging me to make a purchase, but were in no way pushy or rude.

I walked in wanting a Mossberg shotgun and the sales man was trying to sell me some crappy Turkish POS instead. Said they don't carry Mossbergs lol... Like huh??? What kind of American hunting store doesn't sell Mossbergs????? He was also questioning me as to why I was buying defense rounds? "What do you need those for" is a very stupid question. They never have Critical Duty rounds in 9mm, which is baffling to me. And I can pretty much smell the snobby pretentiousness in the air whenever I'm browsing items. It doesn't take a genius to figure out when you're on an unwanted customer. I really hope the rest of the employees aren't as insufferable as the employee I was dealing...

Ok, I'll start with the only positive of going here. They have great stock and variety. Customer service is very lacking. Maybe I just went in on an off day or something, but that's no excuse for being treated like a second rate citizen. The guy at the counter did not want anything to do with answering the few simple questions I had. No interest what so ever in helping me. This is the only gun shop I've ever been in that wanted to act like they were too good or too busy to help me. They were not busy. There were like two other people in there. I will not...
