They come into your apt every month or they have you clearing out your cabinets to spray for roaches They have you flip up your mattresses and have people inspect for bed bugs it’s a lot of maintenance having to do that all the time there’s never a month that they’re not bothering you for something or going into your apartment or having other people go into your apartment to spray for bugs or check for repairs it’s very much intrusive and unnecessary I have a pet, so when these things happen, I have to take time off it’s hard for people who work it’s very inconvenient and it’s not considerate they don’t give Adequate notice they charge you to fix things even when you have a deposit. they have no security every other day The cops are up here for one reason or another. Since I’ve lived here, somebody’s been stabbed a car is been shot at a kid was jumped outside. It’s just not safe on top of that They’re continuously raising the rent on people who pay market rent. They will call you in the office to recertify you to try to find out if you have any extra earnings or extra income and if you are making any extra income, it’s gonna go right into your rent because they’re going to raise it Additionally They’ll slap a big orange sticker on your window of your car if you’re parked in the wrong spot or if they don’t see your sticker for the lot space They used to have cars getting towed for no reason they were contracting with the tow company We would have to watch out for the tow truck just to make sure people weren’t getting towed for no reason. Can you imagine trying to struggle to pay rent and maintain your daily life and have all of these things occurring it’s very ridiculous. The management company is just about profit they’re not about helping anybody up here they could care less about the community They shut down a community garden that the children helped create and let all the plants die they will give you violations of your lease for your children riding their bikes inside the complex the trash cans are always unkempt Eventually, a lot of people will be out priced in these apartments because they will continue to raise rent For 192 Apts. They only have three maintenance workers so if you really had an issue I don’t know when they would get to it even though those people work pretty hard I just think this place is going downhill ever since the management...

Really cleaned up the apartments really nice. They look great. The only thing is where they park the cars on Yosemite. They throw trash cigarette butts all down on the curve and on the street area.! Having no regards for the neighbors / homeowners who lives in the area! The Maintenance of the apartments should clean along the Curbside Streetarea as well! Otherwise, I would definitely...
