Do not recommend this business. I booked this about 1 month ahead if my daughters 7th birthday party. I was hosting about 15 kids in my yard. The week of the party, the company reached out and asked if they could deliver the bouncy house a day early. I promptly replied I would love that and I would be available all day. I prepaid the entire balance of the rental. The day of the party came, and no one reached out to provide a specific delivery time. I started calling. I called the number provided in the email. I called the number on the website. No answer. In fact, it sure seemed like someone on the otherside was actively declining my call to voicemail. Left voicemail. No reply. Finally, 5 minutes after the prelim deliver window had lapsed, I received a text from another number saying they were running late. I asked how late. No reply. I called. FINALLY someone answered. They said they were an hour away. My daughter’s 2 hour long party was staring in 10 minutes. So. I ran to Fred Meyers and grabbed a bunch of water balloons because I now had nothing for 15 7-year olds to do for the next hour. An hour goes by. No one contacts me. I called again. They now tell me they are 40 minutes away. I was beyond pissed at this point and obviously told them not to bother coming. The whole thing felt like a total scam. Read moreZERO STARS…dealing with this company was a nightmare, they single handedly ruined my baby shower. The Agreement we had in writing was for 8 tables, chairs and a 10x20 tent to be dropped off between 11-12. This company did not show up until 1:45 and my shower started at 2pm. I had my guests flooding in with NOTHING set up. But the worst part was the complete lack of communication. I called the owner over 10 times, left texts messages begging to just know what going on while crying and trying to figure out how I was going to find enough tables to seat 50 people in 20 minutes. Then, when they show up…the driver informs me that the manager NEVER gave them a time frame to be there and they start setting up the tent. The manager informs me the last booking took longer than she thought, which is completely irrelevant to me. Later in the middle of my party the tent wasn’t tethered correctly to the ground, So I have videos of the tent flying in the air and flipping my tables almost injuring my guests so we just took it apart and didn’t even use it. The company also brought SIX table instead of the 8 I purchased. I paid $500 for a service that was completely botched…I asked for a refund and the company STILL refuses to contact me. So what’s going to happen now, is I’m going to give them 5 Days to reach out to me or I will be taking ALL of my documentation and legally pursuing my funds. Edit: They showed up two hours after our event started (into a four-hour rental) and didn’t bother to tell us that they didn’t bring the 18ft inflatable movie screen that we rented. We were hosting a neighborhood movie night! As a consolation they offered to leave behind a small standard projector screen but didn’t leave all the parts to hold it up in place so we couldn’t use it either. The driver had just handed it to us instead of putting it up herself. Thank goodness one of our neighbors had one we were able to use. Overall, we didn’t get to use any of the items we rented. I requested a full refund. We’ll see if they do the right thing and issue it to us.
This party rental company is terrible to work with. They are unresponsive and don’t seem to take their commitments seriously. As I type this, our neighborhood is still waiting for our rented items to arrive. It’s now 30 minutes past the start of our annual community BBQ. The delivery drivers won’t answer their phone and all I’ve heard from them is that they’re stuck in traffic and don’t have an ETA of when they’ll arrive.
