Teriyaki Wok — Restaurant in SeaTac

The teriyaki is ok. The sweet & sour chicken is a rip off. They try and say its crispy. When really it's the bottom of the bag chicken that has hardly no meat on it and the meat that is on it is hard and over cooked by the time it gets finished cooking. They literally are using the bottom of the bag for the sweet and sour or they probably get a good deal when they buy the chicken that way from their supplier. When they say its crispy what they really mean is fried batter with very little meat that is hard and over cooked. I found maybe 4 good pieces of chicken that were good to eat. It is not just this time. I have ordered it about 4x now and its the same gross chicken. They need to go buy an order from wakus. That is what sweet & sour chicken should be like. Both the chicken and sweet & sour are so good. They have to know that they are serving this garbage and telling people its just crispy knowing its trash...

Great chinese food. Big shrimp! Been here a handle full of times and never had an issue. Til last Fri. The lady wanted me to sign my receipt, I never signed my receipts any of the times I've been there before. When this became an issue for them a guy in his early 50s with salt and pepper hair wearing glasses asked "What the &*$% is wrong with you?" Take a back I asked him "Did you just swear at me?" He grabbed my take out order and placed it in the middle of the kitchen. Said I would leave a review. Politely let wishing them a happy new year and told them I love them.

Who swears at customers over something so small or in general? If I was rude would totally understand the reason for words, since I wasn't that is what's causing...

We moved to the area a couple of months ago, and we had made this our regular teriyaki spot. We will probably stop going, though, as the owners were always kind of cold towards us, and they apparently don't take phone calls/hang up on you if you try calling to place an order in the evening. It's super unfortunate because I don't get home until around 7, so we can't really call earlier. We could go in-person, but we like to eat at home sometimes, and besides, why should customers be forced to eat IN the restaurant after a certain time?? All of that mixed with the other reviews mentioning their swearing at customers, racism, and littering is more than enough to keep us...
