Starbucks — Restaurant in SeaTac

It was horrible and embarrassing!! I was shopping at Safeway and it was my birthday and since last year Starbucks sent me an email saying I get a free drink on my birthday,I decided to stop and get a free drink while I was doing my shopping..The girl working there told me no free drink and if I had a problem with it to talk to her manager.Now I get a drink from different Starbucks at least four times a week.....on my way to work,but believe me....that has now stopped. I had one of the worst experiences at the Starbucks especially with the barista with the long braid she was very rude and sarcastic. The manager Katie I believe she handled the situation very unprofessional as a Starbucks manager she didn’t really seem to care about anything I want to charge me for a drink and I didn’t even receive that’s the funny thing.
