Order a loveseat and couch in the color cobblestone. Went to pick it up (with my family). Got home and it was the wrong color. Called them and they were quick to correct the problem. But here’s the thing, my boyfriend and I have very difficult schedules and just so happen that things worked out the first time. Went there today (currently heading home). The guy we talked to wasn’t there, only an smaller lady was there (clearly could not do any heavy lifting) (completely understandable and she was Very nice and pleasant). We told Chris that we will be there at 6:30 just my boyfriend and I. We were told that there will be someone there to help us. We had to unload the wrong couches and load the right couches by ourselves! Now rather one or two things happen; one: Chris has unrealistic expectations of how much that little lady that was going to be able to lift or two: he just didn’t care.

This left us feeling like we were taken advantage of because of our young age and left in the mud haven been spit on. Most likely will not be going back unless I get the thing I would buy that exact day.

But to leave it on a positive note, the experience we had shopping for out selection was very pleasant. We were taken seriously (most places we went before we were not). I was in store today, to look at my options for furniture for my new construction 3bdr 2bth home, Bonnie was there as was the Manager, both are mindful at listening to any options and furniture styles to fit your interior to your character taste, on top of that they both are patient, even with me, a guy who does not know furniture. All explained, including financing,Annnd to the Managers Boss for letting me take the show room dinning table to be delivered off the show room, plus combine my bed room mattress into an affordable payment range, I was looking to be in, so I could get my table before the holidays. Phenomenal Buisness with Exeptional Staff. which puts customer experience and satisfaction first. These three Bonnie, Manager, and Managers Boss really made a difference in checking off 2 items that I wanted and need to fit in my home. The initial contact with our salesperson was great. As soon as this company receives your money, you are not treated as a person, let alone as a customer. I have been very patient and nice for 5 months now, while trying to get an issue resolved. I have done everything asked/required of me, and it does not matter. I have made so many phone calls, with excuses and promises to “look into it and call back,” and I have NEVER received a single call back. I get bounced back and forth between people who keep trying to pass responsibility to someone else. I have now started only corresponding by email, so that there is proof of the conversations. PLEASE, I am begging you, shop somewhere else. I know there are some high reviews, and mine would have been after my initial experience, too. However, there are several that repeat my sentiments. Unfortunately, I did not do my research on this company beforehand. I have also never left a review for any company or product. My experience has been that bad!
