My omelet was great the first time we visited the Huddle House, not nearly as good the second time. Both times we visited the restaurant they were short-staffed and we waited a super long time for our food, which, the order wasn't accurate either time, but we ate it anyway as we didn't want to complain nor wait another hour to get what we ordered. Customers were patient, yet, irritated at the very lengthy wait. Wait staff in particular, were doing the best they could under the circumstances of a short-staffed kitchen. I felt sorry for the servers as Customers always complain to the server when it's not necessarily their fault. If there had been a manager on duty on the 2 different Monday mornings we ate there, it hasn't been obvious. Read moreWife and I went to sedalia Missouri new huddle house today. 02/17/2025 around 4pm. We both ordered a MVP breakfast platter. First off let me tell you about the amount of food was very plentiful for the both of us Every thing tasted great. Cooked to perfection the way we wanted it I had two over easy eggs with sourdough toast, two thick fluffy pancakes, grits, two sausage patties and hash browns. The wife also had what I had but had biscuits and gravy and bacon with hers. The service was very fast and had no issues with it from start to finish. Please download the app for huddle house and your first 25% of coupon is there. Our two meals came to an rounded up$28.00 and with coupon it was$21.00 . Ask was worth every penny and we can't wait till next time to try a burger with Fries.
This place rocks. We love it. This is a wonderful staple...

Even if there is a wait, it usually isn't, but 15-20 minutes and then wait times are because of larger parties or just after church services let out. I'm glad to see them in Pettis County. Would like to see them in Marshall. However, Marshall doesn't want to grow and probably wouldn't allow them anyway, so we'll take our money into Pettis County and out of Saline County.
As far as food, if you're really hungry, I recommend the MVP ($12.79), it's the way to go. There are several other options to stay on the lighter side as well. Whichever way you decide, the sweet cakes are a must!
On a closing note, THANK YOU FOR OFFERING A...
