Good afternoon, my name is Ruben. Me and my wife decided to go to the Seminole Oklahoma at and t store to upgrade our phones 8/19/2025. It started out good but went downhill fast! The transfer of information to my new phone was incomplete. They lost all of my notes and pictures. I could not even make a phone call after we left. Also, they did not give us a receipt. I went home then had to return to get my receipt. I live about 18 miles from the store and that was very inconvenient! When I went back, the women who helped us at the beginning got impatient and started tapping hard with her finger on the receipt about 10 plus times and I finally said, “ you don’t need to tap with your finger so hard, I’m not a 5 year old!” Very unprofessional and childish on her part! Also, she did not break down the charges on the receipt to let us know what the payment would be and discounts and credits and how they work. The salesman Brad at Shawnee at and t explained in detail the next day 8/20/2025! The young man at Seminole at and t tried helping toward the end was constantly looking at her like he didn’t know what he was doing! Then, after all that they charged me $5.00 for a SIM card so that I could use the phone! You might consider hiring people who know what there are doing. To this day, we do not have our email and a few other things! We never had this problem at the Shawnee Oklahoma at and t store. We will never go back to the Seminole Oklahoma at and t store, and we will tell others to go to the Shawnee Oklahoma at and t store instead of Seminole Oklahoma at and t store. Good...

Read moreRepresentatives Nora and Abby were a pleasure to work with. The issue was a bit complicated, but they stayed on it with a positive attitude until they had resolved the issue. I am very happy with the service received, very friendly and professional. The previous day I had spent hours on the phone with customer service who was unable to help me, but the representatives at this location were able to identify and correct the issue for me.
