Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Seminole

We had some issues with them during the winter. One of the managers overfilled our propane tank and broke the valve. As if that wasn't bad enough, he didn't want to take responsibility for it and was "threatened" by me saying a few curse words here and there but I was not cursing him or threatening him and he threatened to "call the cops" if I said another curse word and then he refused to help us any further. I called the help desk and filed a complaint. They had the GM call me and we agreed upon letting them replace our tank with a brand new one and they would fill it up and test it before we left with it since the $65 (we did get a $20 refund for the overfill) we had just put in the tank they broke was useless. She told me it would take 2 weeks to get a new tank and that they would call us when they got it in because they had just ordered more tanks and didn't have the size we needed in stock. Almost 1 month later, I ended up calling them because they never called us to pick up the new tank. They said that they were "getting ready" to call us and they wanted to know when we could pick it up so they could fill and test it before we came. My fiance went by himself to pick it up and they guy was standing by the gate with the tank and told him "My boss said I can't help you load this" and...

This review is specifically for the Seminole, OK TSC store. Every single time I place an online order for pickup there's a problem.

I ordered a safe that showed "In Stock" on the website for the Seminole store. After I placed the order I got a call that it was ready for pickup. I drove the 45 mins (one way) to the store and was told the safe was not in stock and that no one had called to say it was ready. Yes...I had the phone call on my phone. Turns out they did call. Anyway, the safe wasn't there...we'll definitely call you when it comes in. Crickets. Weeks went by and I bought another safe elsewhere. I went into the store and saw the safe sitting on the floor but didn't bother to say anything. Still waiting on that call.

I recently placed another order for pickup there because it wasn't in stock at my local store. It's for an item that really doesn't take any effort to prep for pickup because it just sits out in the yard where it can be put right into a pickup. It's been over 24 hours. No response from TSC or the store. I've tried calling 3 times and it rings numerous times, goes silent for about a minute, then disconnects.

This is just typical of the types of issues I have with this particular store.

The person who filled my 30 lb propane tank only put 5 gallons into my tank that holds 7 gallons. When I questioned them about it they referred to some BS chart that they didn’t understand. With only 2- 30 lb tanks to run my 42’ fifth wheel that cuts me short 4 gallons and makes me run back in for more propane. They were very late getting to the fill station, I smoked 3 cigarettes in my truck waiting when I called in while only 1/4 mile away from the store, yes they were very non challant about taking so much time...
