Since getting account with t-moble.Its been an unbelievably unprofessional on corporate level.We switch our service after 20 yrs of metro.The Shawnee location had us new samsung 24 phones and our (t-mobile internet which had for for 2yrs,) set up.All rolled into one great fantastic can't leave our store without it deal😵💫🤯#1 our business lines and phones took 5 days before being activated.Our internet was disconnected...never a late payment for 2yrs,on internet)the payment plan had additional $350 surprise payment,mind we had to give t-mobiel few hundred before leaving with phones.flew overseas had business.They disconnected us keep in mind only had phones not even full month!! due to a payment that was completely in error!!! generated by faulty corporate software🙄i mean can't prove that😂 hope not a human that's really looking bad.lol....I could go on ...it's actually total mess!! To say the least.Went to Seminole t-moble .Ms.Megan and her team need some stocks and a pay raise there customer service is " phenomenal" attempting to undo all the Insane red tape corporate bull corn.How you have people with No power to make changes...or I should "Say" correct T-mobiles errors....?mistakes? I'm beyond.......Thank you ,to district manager Joe.Who just happen to be in the Seminole store as we were there again at least 7th time of t-mobile shutting off phone require astronomical dues that were not due.Yet,Thank you Joe.That friday my father-in-law passed away and we couldn't even communicate with our family in different states.We are still unfortunately dealing with our service being disconnected,even after the district manager made phone call explaining 😢 I believe GOD has a reason for everything.Being patient respectful and Christ attitude Most people just get angry and act a fool....I hope that "who ever has the Power to correct these issues with our service.Does there JOB BECAUSE, the seminole t.mobile in Oklahoma is doing there's they should be the ones running the business!! Read moreI was with AT&T service for 23 years in California & decided to switch to T-Mobile after moving to Oklahoma. What a disaster it has been😡 For the past two weeks I have been given false promises, dealt with trickery in the sales, incomplete explanations and all around unscrupulous principles! I was lied to about not being able to get the phone I wanted given a temporary phone number that was useless & they couldn’t move my data over to the new phone etc. To make a very long story short and wasted effort/time I ended up walking out today because they told me that I owed them more money. For the same phone that I walked in with, simply because they informed me that there was a 30 minutes pass rule after they terminated my phone to what I was suppose to upgrade to. So I phone I previously wanted. Because they said I had authorized it ( the time limit was never mentioned) & when 30 minutes had passed I decided it was to expensive to upgrade & was going to keep my phone of less than 2weeks. They never told me about the 30 minute time limit & I was there 2 1/2 hours waiting for them to figure it out. So they stalled on purpose. When I said forget it I will just keep this phone they said they would “CALL THE POLICE.” Way out of line “my husband is a retired sheriff.” I have never been treated so disrespectfully before. Feeling taken advantage of & fooled I paid a additional $ 117 to leave the store with the same phone.
