G-d awful customer service and demeanor with residents. My wife and I are moving to Seven Lakes and the LoA has been a terrible experience. Their 'New Member' documentation online is office use papers for landlords, NOT people moving into a home. The office workers are surly, rude and entirely condescending. I'm ready to find another place to live just because of how horrible the office staff is to people.
