Showed up to my house without doing any investigative work to see where water could be coming from, immediately said a drain should be installed and quoted 6k, we booked and left a deposit. Weeks pass and I find that my gutters just need rerouting and we took down the wall where the drain will be and found a small crack, we got 5 inches of rain and no water came through after rerouting gutters. Call back to tell them I want to hold off on any work and might potentially use them to fill the crack instead. The refund department is a joke, I filled out cancelation paperwork and have been waiting over a week, I called to check the status of the refund and they haven’t filed it. The women who’s in charge of refunds makes herself ‘unavailable’ so goodluck talking to anyone who can do anything about it. I will be disputing this with my bank. Had a leak in my basement wall repaired 11 years ago from another company. It had a 10 year warranty. Called that company fully aware my warranty was expired. When I got someone to talk to I was told it would be $135 instead of $165. To walk in the house, big discount as I was a repeat customer. I was again rudely told 3x's my warranty had expired, I knew this, began the conversion mentioning it!! The $135. would not go towards another repair. It was strictly to see what was needed. I reminded the person on the phone I was a repeat customer and it is the same problem. She recited the policy and reminded me again my warranty was expired. Needless to say I told her I'd look around.
