Chinese Wok — Restaurant in Seymour

This was officially the worst sushi I have ever had in my life.

I’ve had sushi every week, sometimes more than once a week for over a decade now. I love trying new places and have tried many, many places all over but this surprisingly was the worst. I was very shocked with what I was given. I asked for riceless sushi (I find that it gives it much more flavor and I also do not always sit right with rice... it makes me flare up). But what I received was loose sushi, falling off, hard, card-board like seaweed and the rolls, especially one in particular was the width of a paperclip. It was literally like paper. I was astonished because I’ve never seen anything like that. This sushi was also cheaper so I assume you truly get what you pay for.. but this was just a joke. I kept looking at my fiancé with a wide open mouth. He was so upset and felt so bad, he could barely eat. I’ve honestly never seen something like this before in my years of sushi! I recommend Red Lotus or Wild Kanji in...

I found my new favorite Chinese place in Seymour! I usually go to Seymour Gardens which was my fave in the area, but they couldn't hear me when I called so I tried this spot and let me tell you the food was AMAZING. My #1 complaint about Seymour Gardens was their rice is very bland, but not Chinese Wok! I used to come when they made sushi and didn't like the food, but since they have implemented their new changes, I have found my new go-to spot. They chicken wings were crunchy and flavorful and the rice again - REALLY GOOD! My kid loved the egg rolls so much she ate two lol. I imagine once they are a little settled with their changes they will fix the dining side of the restaurant, but don't let what looks like construction fool you...the food is delicious. If you are in the area, I definitely recommend the new Chinese Wok and wish them...

Just called to complain that our order I picked up was wrong. We ordered chicken and brocc lunch and got beef lo mein. They even confirmed the order over the phone while ordering. But when I called she basically called me a liar. There's no way in hell we ordered beef lo mein for the simple fact the person who ordered the chicken and brocc doesn't eat beef. So our conversation just ended with her not believing me and not resolving anything. I'm sorry, if I'm taking the time out of my busy day to call and complain about a mishap on your business AND write this review, I'm not lying. Thanks for handling this situation...
