I took my car to City Tints for a simple tint job, and honestly, I regret it. From the start, the work wasn’t done properly—it’s been two weeks, and I still have bubbles and scratches all over my windows. I wasn’t expecting perfection for the price, but I also wasn’t expecting to see visible defects that should have been handled before I got my car back.
But that’s not even the worst part. While working on my car, they broke my power seat motor and refused to take responsibility. Instead of admitting their mistake and making it right, they kept dodging my questions, taking forever to respond, and acting like it was somehow my fault. Their excuse? I had a small safe under my seat (which had been there through multiple services before without an issue). That doesn’t change the fact that they were the ones moving the seat, and they were the ones who broke it.
After multiple attempts to get them to fix the issue, I kept getting vague responses, delays, and excuses about why they wouldn’t take full responsibility. If you run a business and break a customer’s property, the right thing to do is fix it—period. Instead, they turned it into a back-and-forth game, wasting my time instead of just handling the problem professionally.
At the end of the day, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you care about quality work or accountability. The tint job was rushed and sloppy, and their customer service is just as bad. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to own up to it—you’ll just get ignored and left with the damage. I’d suggest taking your business somewhere that actually values...

Read moreThe gentleman Chris has a lot of patients. I was obviously in a stressful moment after someone hit my car and maggs came and towed my vehicle for me. The next day I was going to move it and he wanted me to sign a release and I was upset and yelling because I didn't want to go all the way there. But Chris remained professional and calm the whole time and explained the reason for needing me to come sign. Once I arrived I ended up not even moving the car because he said I didn't have too. And when the other person's surance tried pulling stunts he made sure I knew my rights and helped me the whole. Way. He even helped me grab my things from the car. That is one professional, honest, knowledgeable and patient man. That shop is lucky to have someone like...
