I have never stepped foot in this store, but Dave and his staff are exceptional. I own a Regency GCI60 pellet stove and I was getting an error code that I could not resolve. I called one shop and could not even get someone to call me back. On a whim I called Fireplace Depot and within a day I had my pellet stove working again. Even more amazing they requested a video and walked me through fixing the issue without a charge. They could have easily required a service appointment and charged me for their time and knowledge, but they simply helped and I appreciate them. I will never go anywhere else. Refreshing to see a company that is willing to help and money wasn’t the motivating factor....

Great business all around! It is/was a pleasure dealing with the team up to and post installation of my fireplace insert. I was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for at a great price. The installation crew did a phenomenal job getting everything installed and running... very professional. In addition, and most importantly, I ran into a small manufacturer defect of my unit that I didn't notice until days after the unit was installed. I reached our to Fireplace Depot and the team promptly contacted the manufacturer to get the item taken care of. Kudos to this company! I purchased my wood stove from the business that occupied this space before Fireplace Depot. When it was necessary to obtain a replacement under warranty, Dave and Mike were on deck to help me. These two guys are the EPITOME of quality business standards!! I count on them to inspect my baffles, bricks and door annually. They will tell me if the parts will get by for another year, or need to be replaced. It's not just about scoring another sale, their emphasis is on customer satisfaction!! Their knowledge and expertise is something I depend on and will always trust the honesty and integrity with which they run their business....
