Iâve been to this establishment numerous times and each time I was met with a smile and great Service. Iâve brought my dogs with me on multiple visits and theyâre always well received by staff as well as any other customers inside. I typically purchased dog treats they offer as well. Not once was a service animal certification required. Unfortunately today we had the opposite experience. I placed an order for 2 doughnuts and 2 pup cups. The girl in the front took my order and asked me to hold while she asked how much the cups are. As soon as she goes in the back to ask this cruel shrew of a woman burst out the kitchen telling me âI need those dogs out immediately unless they are service animalsâ Her tone was as if she knew my dogs wouldnât meet the criteria. Taken by surprise I explained to her this has never come up in any prior visits but she doubled down on her original statement negating to simply ask if they were indeed service animals. I was taking my order to go but after her rude and dismissive behavior I lost my desire for a simple treat and exited the completely empty business. Upon securing my dogs in my vehicle and returned inside to show my certificate for my seizure dog whilst further explaining had she asked properly or with less unjustified negativity I wouldâve gladly showed my credentials. I go out my way visit this place every time Iâm passing Seymour unfortunately this will be my last visit thanks to one horrible employee. Iâll take my business to Dunkinâ next door they would never treat...
Read moreWe go here almost every Sunday for breakfast sandwiches and coffee and have never had a bad experience. The girls that usually work there are so pleasant, always strike up conversation, etc. Today there was a middle age/older woman that took our order that made this such a bad visit. We ordered dine-in and she said she would bring it to us in the dining room, but when it was ready, she had it bagged for take-out and had us come get it. No big deal, but when we picked up the bag, it ripped, and one of our sandwiches fell onto the floor only a step or two away from where she was standing behind the counter. We picked it up and said âthis fell on the floorâ and she said âOkayâŚ? We donât really replace food?â She checked with her manager and came back visibly annoyed and told us theyâd remake it this one time. Literally 15 seconds later she comes back with the same sandwich that fell on the floor, threw it onto our table, and said âHere.â If youâre going to serve us a floor sandwich, I recommend you at least take the time to make it seem like it was remade. Such poor business practice. Lastly, both of our coffees were made with the completely wrong flavor even though she wrote the right flavor on the side of the cups. Obviously the least of our concerns, but...
Read moreI used to go there primarily because the indoor seating is usually nearly empty in the early a.m. when I order a bagel, I always order it with cream cheese on the side because I don't like the taste of melted cream cheese on a toasted bagel. The last time I went there, they gave me a sealed Philadelphia cream cheese mini cup that is the smallest container you can get. It's about the size of a one shot creamer mini cup. That amount of cream cheese is adequate for about 1/4 of a bagel coverage. When I went back to the counter to tell them that the portion was way to small for a whole bagel, they told me that they could give me another one for 50 cents. I gave them 2 dollars and said "keep the change." I didn't care about 50 cents. What I don't appreciate is someone penalizing me for requesting cream cheese on the side when they smear it liberally on bagels otherwise. Small issue but honestly it is tiresome seeing the way some businesses conduct themselves in clueless manners that basically amount to customer disrespect. I'm not going to avoid this business because I think that they'll give a damn. Rather, I'll avoid going there because I do give a damn how I'm treated for patronizing...
