I had an outstanding experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Weston! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive to my needs. Weston took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice that really helped me find the right parts for my vehicle.

His knowledge and professionalism were evident as he walked me through my options, ensuring I understood everything. Not only did he go above and beyond to assist me, but he also went out of his way to demonstrate how to properly press a universal joint into a driveshaft. Have that receipt he does have the receipt, but I don’t offer for that for these yeah no yeah it would’ve been off Chestnut 413-9414

This is a little late on my review but in Feb 16th but i just found the receipt as I was cleaning out my truck. I was traveling from Utah to Georgia and my water pump went out in Seymour MO the guy who rang me up was named Weston (I'm sorry I cant remember everyone's name that day) but the entire crew that day was amazing. It was by far the best, friendliest, and most helpful customer service I've ever received. I called the customer service number to make sure they know what great employees they have working for them and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Terrible customer service. Came in looking for a bulb replacement because they sold the wrong one. Two younger guys were working and both were adamant that it was the same one despite the notches on the bottom being different. As we got outside I saw one of the boys looking at my car, pointing and laughing. Super unprofessional and childish. I went to Rogersville Oreillys and got the correct bulb without the smug attitude.
